Your Hearing Clinic – Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:Referral rewards are available to existing clients of Your Hearing Clinic. The referred person must be a new client to Your Hearing Clinic.

2. How It Works: Refer a friend or family member to Your Hearing Clinic. If they purchase hearing aids, the referrer receives a £100 voucher. If they use services valued over £100 (e.g., hearing tests, ear wax removal), the referrer receives a £10 voucher.

3. Conditions:Referral rewards are issued once the referred person has completed their purchase or service payment in full. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. Referral vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers may have an expiry date or usage restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the voucher.

4. Data Protection:Your Hearing Clinic complies with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Personal details of referred individuals will only be used to provide our services and will not be shared. Referrers must have the referred person’s permission before sharing their details with us.

5. Fair Use & Right to Withdraw: Your Hearing Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. We may withhold rewards in cases of suspected abuse or fraudulent referrals.
