CONSULT - During your consultation our Audiologist will conduct a lifestyle questionnaire to understand your hearing needs, as well as a medical questionnaire. Your ears will then be examined and any wax can be removed prior to testing if needed. Our Audiologist will then undertake several tests to determine your hearing level before your results are discussed with you

PRESCRIBE AND FIT - Our Audiologist will conduct several objective and subjective tests to ensure your hearing aids are fitted to an optimum level and discuss the cleaning and maintenance of the devices with you. ​

ONGOING AFTERCARE - After you are fitted we will arrange a follow up appointment for you to ensure you are happy with the devices and continue booking your appointments until you are completely satisfied. You will then be entitled to free aftercare for the life of the hearing aids.
