Mr Ha Chau is an Ear, Nose & Throat Consultant. He provides expertise in all aspects of general ENT as well as a specialist interest in rhinology (disorders of the nose and sinuses) and the treatment of children's ear and throat problems.
His private practices are in London at the Highgate Hospital and 9 Harley Street. In Hertfordshire at the Rivers Hospital Sawbridgeworth. His NHS practice is based at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow where he has been an integral part of the ENT team there since 2009.
He always strives to provide the best possible level of care for his patients at every stage of their journey whilst remaining approachable and professional.
Mr Chau graduated from University College London in 1997. He completed his postgraduate training in ENT surgery in London in 2009 before undertaking a fellowship in Rhinology and Rhinoplasty at the Academic Medical Centre in Amsterdam. He trained as a Senior Registrar at Great Ormond Street Hospital, St Bartholomew's Hospital, Charing Cross Hospital and The Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital.
Mr Chau was appointed as a consultant ENT surgeon at The Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS trust in 2010. Outpatient clinics are held at The Princess Alexandra Hospital, St Margret's Hospital and The Herts and Essex Hospital. Day case surgery takes place at The Princess Alexandra Hospital and inpatient services are at Broomfield Hospital (Chelmsford). He is playing an active part in the development and expansion of this team of three consultant unit.
Mr Chau is a member of the Royal College of Surgeons (England), General Medical Council, Medical Protection Society and European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgeons.
In his spare time he likes running, travelling and spending time with his young family.

Miss Hoi-Yi Ching is a Consultant Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) Surgeon with expertise in the assessment and treatment of both adult and paediatric ENT conditions, including care for newborn children onwards.
Her clinical practice covers the full breadth of general ENT surgery and medicine.She completed early ENT surgical training at several major UK centres, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital, St George’s Hospital, Radcliffe Infirmary and Royal Berkshire Hospital. She subsequently completed Higher ENT Surgical Training in Wales, leading to entry onto the Specialist Register in 2013.Miss Ching was appointed Consultant ENT Surgeon at Princess Alexandra Hospital NHS Trust in 2015 and also served as an honorary consultant at Broomfield Hospital.
Her private practice is based at Rivers Hospital and Spire Hartswood Hospital.Alongside her clinical work, she contributes to the delivery of broad general and specialist ENT services, supports day-case surgical pathways in line with national recommendations, and is involved in junior doctor training, clinical audit, research activity and specialty management within the NHS.
She is known for her patient-centred approach and enjoys working closely with children and families, regularly receiving positive feedback from patients across both paediatric and adult ENT care.

I’m Dr Gladys Sanda, a Clinical Doctor of Audiology based in London, registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a hearing aid dispenser. With over a decade of experience, I specialise in the assessment and management of tinnitus and hyperacusis, using evidence-based approaches drawn from cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, relaxation techniques, and hearing amplification when appropriate.
My career spans both leadership and frontline clinical care. I’ve worked in some of London’s most respected private clinics in the Harley Street district and served as Clinical Director for a national audiology provider, overseeing more than 15 practices across the UK. I’ve also published in international journals, contributed to book chapters and professional magazines, and regularly support ongoing clinical education in this field.
I’m also the author of the Amazon bestselling book, Beyond the Noise, written as a resource for those still waiting for tinnitus support or struggling to access the care they deserve.

Nadia established Sound Horizons in response to the significant gap in APD assessment and therapy services.
Her unique combination of audiology and speech language therapy training allows her to understand both the auditory and communication challenges associated with APD, making her exceptionally well equipped to support this population. She is deeply committed to raising awareness, improving understanding, and ensuring that individuals with APD feel recognised rather than overlooked.
